The minutes from the 8/16/05 meeting were approved.

Joan distributed a list of work remaining on the multi-colored units by the contractor, Tim Bertrand. Board members did a walk-through and later met with Tim who agreed to complete painting on the shutters, a storm door, Judy's entryway and to look at the gutters that are now leaking. Fred will have Melanie issue Tim a check for the balance due.

Joan reported on receiving the Articles of Association from the State of Vermont. There is a $15.00 filing fee and a $25.00 annual fee. Fred and Joan will contact our attorney and continue researching.

A unit on Pinewood needs work on the deck door. The flashing needs replacing, the sliding door will not be replaced.

Judy reported that our condo insurance through Nationwide went down 20% because of our low claim history.

Craig to call Fiske and ask for this year's contract for snow plowing, to be sent to Judy.

Melanie will be mailing financial reports to the board members shortly.

The agenda for the next meeting will be the Annual Meeting: when, where, the budget, etc.

The next meeting is scheduled to be held on October 18, 2005 at 7 pm
