Self Management - raising the Bar

Back in the spring the Association agreed to test-drive an online property management tool, as an alternative to hiring a management company, that was designed to help property managers and community organizations - like ours - to be more efficient while centralizing documentation, information, and resources.

This online product is called Pilera and you've probably heard a little bit about it. By now, the Board has completely transitioned to this new tool and is using it now to track owners, renters, and maintenance requests. We can also address rules violations, and there is a "marketplace" for selling/giving away/buying/trading personal stuff...like a community Craigslist. :)

Please take a few minutes to check it out. Pilera is the tool through which the Board will initiate communication, and will be the most current source or information regarding the Association.

    Don't be a rump...drive to the dump.

    Please do not throw your unwanted non-household waste items (like grills, electronic equipment, furniture, old appliances, large toys, bikes, construction debris, etc.) in the dumpsters or on the ground around the dumpsters. Just load your stuff in your car and drive it to the transfer station. Woodbridge is a really nice community, but it will only stay that way if YOU help to take care of it. And that means hauling away your own trash (that is not part of the household debris and recycling that Casella takes care of).
